Can't access pre-pubs for purchased Bookworm Part 5 Volume 2

Hello,
I purchased the pre-order for Bookworm 5.2 a couple weeks ago.
Even though I'm logged in, I get this error on the website when I try to access any of the parts for the pre-pub. Currently, the only way I can access the pre-pub is on the app, since I'm also logged in there.
I'm already logged in, but it keeps giving me this error.

@naivette Have you tried logging out then back in? Your login token may have expired. I will forward this to our developers to examine as well.

@myskaros I have also had login issues, where even if I enter my email and password in correctly, it keeps saying I have an an "invalid" login. So I keep having to reset my password to get logged in on the web. But when I try to login with that same reset password, it still says it's invalid.

@naivette Hmm, it may be best to email support@j-novel.club so we can give you more in-depth support. I just tested and a preorder allows me to read prepubs that I couldn't before, so there may be an issue with your account we need to fix.

@myskaros Yeah. I just tested it on chrome, since Firefox is my main browser, and I was able to login and access the prepubs normally. Looks like it's a firefox issue of some kind, which is a bummer.

It could be rogue cookies, too. Go into the Privacy/Security section of the Firefox prefs and find the section about cookies and site data. Hit the Manage Data button, and clear out everything for j-novel.club in there, then try it again.
