I am unable to pre-order volume 19 of Infinite Dendrogram on the Kobo platform, I checked other platforms and the book is already available for pre-order.
Will it be possible to buy the volume on Kobo?

Thank you for taking the time to post. Yes Infinite Dendrogram V19 will eventually be put up for sale on Kobo.
Due to numerous issues with the way Kobo handles pre-orders we wait to create pre-orders on Kobo to avoid past issues that have arisen.
The pre-order should come up as we get closer to the release date.
