Downloaded epubs are "corrupted" and can't be opened

I decided to download some of the novels I've purchased, and just realized that I can't seem to open them? For the record, I am extremely not tech-savy, so I apologize in advance if there is a really easy fix for this.
As my computer does not have the usual word/excel/ect programs, it attempts to open the download in Neat Office, which after downloading gives me a box that says:
"The file 'the-unwanted-undead-adventurer-volume-2.epub' is corrupt and therefore cannot be opened. Neat Office can try to repair the file.
The corruption could be the result of document manipulation or of structural document damage due to data transmission.
We recommend that you do not trust the content of the repaired document.
Execution of macros is disabled for this document.Should Neat Office repair the file?"
And hitting Yes or No leads me to a new box that says "The file 'the-unwanted-undead-adventurer-volume-2.epub' could not be repaired and therefore cannot be opened." and closes the page after hitting OK. Is there any other place I can attempt to download the files? Or something I can do here to open them on this application?
Also, a little off-topic, but is the premium exclusive content only viewable through the download? That was the primary reason I wanted to figure out how to download these in the first place, so if there's someplace else to view the premium content for purchased books without downloading that would be nice to know as well.

Neat Office doesn't support epub, no surprise it won't open them. You need a reader that does, like Calibre(windows), or Moon+ Reader(android) etc. -
@Korppi Thanks so much! I downloaded Calibre and was able to pull up the book immediately~
I'm still pretty new to a lot of this stuff, so I didn't really know of any of the specific readers available. I really appreciate it.
