It looks like it is not up yet, neither is Orphen's part. Maybe they're still creating the page for it or something. Try again in a few minutes. (Unless the coming soon column gets updated because the part is possibly delayed.)

Hopefully doesn't get delayed. Because then the next part would get delayed aswell? -

Sam and Aimee are at the Crunchyroll Expo this weekend, so parts going up might be delayed, but this shouldn't affect other parts at all.
