[MANGA] Reincarnated Mage with Inferior Eyes: Breezing through the Future as an Oppressed Ex-Hero

I know that JNC already has the LN licensed, and normally I wouldn't make separate posts for manga adaptations unless they were special cases, but I'm doing an exception for this due to one interesting thing: the manga is available on Jump+, which has an international version in Manga Plus.
JNC got this license through an agent, but if they went to M+ and said "if you give us the license we'll simulpublish on both platforms, a la Oshi no Ko", would that be feasible?

Update: it ended a few weeks ago, with 114 chapters across 15 volumes. It adapted the whole LN series, pretty much.
