Hi, I did a search, and all the results I've review where about the "Profile picture" in forums.

But, I want to know, if at any time, we will be able to set/change our profile Pictures, in the 'Main -Profile- page'. (where all our user info displays ).

      Thanks in advance.

        @Ekun
I asked about that myself way back when.
iirc, the response was that some time after I had set up my account things changed such that the account picture is tied to Gravatar...and I don't do Gravatar.
...or I may be confusing this with the situation with WordPress, which is now linked to Gravatar.

There doesn't seem to be any way to do it from within the account management module .
One can change the forum avatar, just not the main account avatar.

          Thanks for your answer @Geezer-Weasalopes

Yep, i have done that already. As can be seen my 'Forums avatar' is Happosai-kun [From Ranma nibun no ichi (Aka Ranma 1/2)]

But what I would like is also to set an avatar of my choice on my profile account.

The thing that bewildered me is that I did set an avatar of my choice when setting up the J-Novel account.
And now there's no way to change it from inside JNC turf.
It being a picture I took of myself some five or so years back...
The forum avatar being a year back, thereabouts.

@Geezer-Weasalopes I think it is tied to Gravatar or was back when they allowed the profile picture to change. I just checked my profile and it's a picture of Kyo from Fruits Basket which is still set as the profile picture on my Gravatar account.

I also saw my j-novel.club account had no avatar. I went and created a gravatar account and after like 10 minutes the image from gravatar was visible on j-novel.club.

That would seem pretty conclusive, I'd say.

Since the current layout of the main site never shows the profile picture to anyone but the user whose picture it is, they haven't bothered to change it from the Wordpress default of Gravatar.

Maybe one day it would be relevant, but until then...

There are so many things to work on concerning real website functionality, this wouldn't? shouldn't? even be on the list.

Login to Wordpress with the same email you're using for J-novel club.
Go to your Profile on Wordpress (bottom-left of page).
From there, you can change your Gravatar profile pic, or hide it if you choose.
