The water magician novel chap 2 doesn’t work in app

In the app this chapter just whites out. I can read it online though. In the app the screen just goes white. I’ve tried adjusting text size, log In/out, rebooted, tried different devices same. This is the only chapter of the three current ones in novel that doesn’t work, volume 1 chapter 2. Please advise.

While we believe we know what the cause is ... regrettably due to the current holidays any fix would most likely have to wait until Monday.
