Is any text to speech supported?

I just signed up recently, so sorry if this is a dupe of a well known topic. I go through a LOT of books these days, but mostly via text to speech while working (ex kindle tts enabled titles -> natural reader). Is there any similar supported way to listen to the titles on this platform?
I ran the premium epub for a book that I bought with the coins from my membership through tts to listen to it. That worked, but I'm looking to listen to the ones from the membership catalog and haven't found a way yet.

The JNC app on iOS has nothing for that, but JNC does give developers access via an API and some people have written various tools that are not the JNC app itself.
