That is the paperback. J-Novel struck a deal in 2022 with YenPress on physical publishing.

@sorvani Thank you for clarifications, I was under impression JNC worked mostly with 7 Seas for physical publications.

@Zing JNC worked with Seven Seas for their first print titles, then took over doing new titles themselves (although Seven Seas still continue to publish those early titles: https://j-novel.club/series?search=tag:"print by seven seas").

Now Yen Press does the majority of new series with JNC continuing to do their pre-existing titles. They are taking over the physical distribution side (with JNC continuing their pre-existing sizing) so you'll find things like Bookworm listed on their site as well, even though it's still technically a JNC produced physical: https://yenpress.com/series/ascendance-of-a-bookworm-light-novel

Other publishers can also apparently acquire the ability to print JNC's translations like Square Enix has done for The Apothecary Diaries: https://press.na.square-enix.com/SQUARE-ENIX-MANGA-BOOKS-TO-RELEASE-THE-APOTHECARY-DIARIES-LIGHT-NOVEL-

There's likely some business differences behind the scenes, but those probably don't matter to casual customers.
