404 page not found on Web
-
Today all the books I've tried to read give me a '404 page not found'. I've restarted (and updated) Chrome which is what I already have a couple other books open with with no problems (even with the restart). I've even restarted the PC and the older titles I can read just fine, but the new ones not...

@NakamiJun We've been getting these reports trickling in all day, but none of the staff is able to replicate it. We're looking into it, but since it is the end of the day on Friday this might take until Monday to be resolved.

One possibility is that your membership expired on you - currently, you are not showing a "Member" flag. That would make everything after the first chapter give an error.
This happened to someone a couple of weeks ago, with similar symptoms. One day it works, the next, a lot of errors.

We've restarted our database server, hoping that would reset the links for people who are getting 404s. Please let us know if you're still experiencing the issue!
@SomeOldGuy That would explain it if the OP wasn't able to read older parts as well, but since they are, something else is going on :X

Errr... I'm pretty sure it's still active? My user page suggests it is... And it would be very weird if it expired now since it is meant to auto reup at the end of every month... So if it didn't reup, shouldn't it have ended at least a week ago? Also I can access them on my phone which is the same account...

Sadly it's still doing this to me on my desktop... I can access them on my phone though. xD

That is something you can turn off in your settings

Just to note, I am not having any issues with it today. So it seems to be fixed. xD

Hmm I am now having this problem, I was actual halfway through a part when the 404 error came up and now I cannot read anything.
Hopefully it fixes itself for me as well but there definitely seems to be something weird happening.

I'm having a similar issue as this one. Webpage got stuck in a cycle of loading on my ipad, checked through my phone and it was doing the same thing. Later in the day I could finally load the part I was reading but now none of the pages track my progress so it looks like they're unread. Tested it just now with a random recent series on my PC and still no tracking. I didn't use the app but just the web-browsers to access JNC (Safari & Firefox).
