“Regular” membership no longer allows access to pre-pub book parts.

I currently have a “Regular” membership which will renew payment on the 24th.
8 hours ago, I tried to upgrade to “Premium” account, but failed because my prepaid credit card was short under a dollar. I did not reattempt it, because I reconsidered doing it at a later date.
However, even though it stills states that I have a “Regular” account, I can no longer access nor read any of the pre-pub books parts. A message states that I do not have a subscription. I tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists.
May I please ask for the issue to be resolved by J-Novel support, or for instructions on how to rectify the situation from my end?

By the way, the reason I was short on funds, was because according to information on the site I was supposed to have received a partial credit for the existing "Regular" membership.
However, that did not happen and it charged me the full amount which I had not expected, so it come up short (under a dollar).

I'm itching to get back to reading if possible. Any way this issue can get resolved today?
