Subscribed for another year a couple of days ago. Now can't read anything.

Hello,
I'd been subscribed for *around three and a half years before I had to temporarily unsubscribe due to some immediate financial concerns.
On the 25th a family member offered to pay for a month of my subscription and it didn't work. ( We're in the EU and I believe their card might not allow for $ online purchases though I'm not 100% on that )
I tried to just pay for it myself, but for whatever reason I couldn't change the payment via your system. (Wouldn't allow me to change the billing info. A message mentioned restarting and going through the Billing again to be able to change it but it still wouldn't allow me to do it and I was not able to cancel it either via the user menu.)
What DID work however was the button for a yearly subscription. In the end I decided to bite the bullet, upgrade to yearly, and just pay for it, with the same card I've used in the past. The transaction went through, you took the money, my Membership Status changed and I was able to read again...
...that evening. This afternoon I decided to wind down for about an hour of free time and get some reading in but every Part of every series that I've tried to open has been giving a message as though I'm no longer subscribed.
I go to my User menu and surely enough it says that I'm on the yearly plan and the sub status is "Status: Active", my transaction history has the paid 54.00USD listed, so does the Billing page, my bank account is also feeling 54 USD lighter... but my Membership status is now just "User? "
I'd really appreciate it if someone could fix the Membership status issue sooner rather than later. x) I haven't had much free time lately, 54 bucks was not an insignificant purchase in my current circumstances and I was really looking forward to this.
If necessary I can send a bank statement to the support email but I'm not going to be posting that on this forum haha.
Thanks for your time,
