Premium & Prepurchase

So, because I like to have books to read later should I want to do so, I prepurchased A Late-Start Tamer's Laid-Back Life vol 13, which is in the 'streaming state' the first chapter is supposed to be available as of today (5/5/25) but isn't. I also have the premium sub membership, so should be able to read it that way even without the pre-purchase.
Is there some kind of issue where prepurchase of a book locks you out of reading it while it's in the streaming state, regardless of if you have a membership or not?

See, it doesn't show me a time it just says 5/5/25, in my time zone, it's 12:00, and even when posting my initial inquiry about this it was past 11:30 and well past 'morning' based on Japan's time zone too

@Miz The series pages don't list release times, only dates. And those are the American dates, at that - as a British reader, some series that release at midnight UTC (but at some point in the evening to Americans) will appear on the wrong dates to me, as well.
For future parts, I'd suggest you try:
- Follow the series (there's a button for it on the series page)
- Go to the Release Calender
- Set the calendar to 'Follows Only', and save that as your default setting
- Use the Calendar to track release times for future parts - not only does it list times in addition to dates, it also corrects for your time zone.

@Miz All times are either listed in your time zone or US Central time.
