Yeah, downloaded the book from my library and when I dropped it into the Books app on my mac, I was like WTF...
Just downloaded it again (05/23/2025 21:00 CDT) and the content.opf is fixed, but the toc.ncx is still bad.

Downloaded again (05/25/2025 23:00 CDT) and the toc.ncx is now fixed also.
