Brilliant Healer: As I mentioned last month, Brilliant Healer is fantasy pseudo-harem trash, but it's good fantasy pseudo-harem trash. The protagonist strikes a good balance between humble and not being a pushover, and he strives to use his talents to not just heal people, but to heal society itself. There's no isekai or regression in this one.

Stuck in a time loop: A bit of an unconventional story, especially for a heart title. There's a bit of romance, a good amount of action, revenge, general not-giving-a-fudge, and some mystery. Whether you find this good or bad will likely be up to your own personal tastes.

I don't know anything about the other two.

Outbreak Company has a good dash of "Don't trust the government that hired you" to it.
          Like, really, don't trust them.
          It has humor.
          It has pathos.
It has...my not having gotten that far into the series because I just wasn't into it that much at the time; I have purchased the first eight volumes, and the after story volume.
I hope to feel like reading it again someday; it wasn't bad.

A Cave King's Road to Paradise.
I read the latest installment just prior to pulling up this discussion topic.
If you are familiar with the Light Novel...this ain't that.
It diverged fairly early on, which likely has something to do with why the manga is further on it its storyline than the LN ever got.

The first hit is always free.
And if you read fast enough, you can read all of it during catch up.

@LeavesCat covered the other two titles well enough.
I've also read at least part of both, and liked them; you just need to be in the proper mood.
          So worth checking out.

It's nice having a whole slate I can say positive things about; that's not always the case, but that merely reflects upon my preferences in reading materials.

            wait what? for real?
            huh. very interesting.

I've seen manga/LN that differ to varying degrees, but it's always just details added or removed, or differences in how the plat is presented. Is this an actual divergence of the plot?

An incredibly major divergence in the plot.
Details would be majorly spoilerific for both versions given what would need to be covered.

Yeah, as mentioned, it's a major plot divergence, and one that I actually kinda... prefer? It's like the author saw something they disliked in their first go round, and the manga gave them an opportunity to fix it.

Oh, right, the poison, the poison for Kuzco, the poison chosen especially to kill Kuzco, Kuzco's poison. ...That poison?

A Cave King's Road to Paradise.
It's hard to describe how the LN and Manga differ.
                  Why?
Because you'd be saying "up to this point in the LN and this point in the manga the plot is pretty much the same, and then the LN makes a hard left and the manga a hard right and nothing is the same any longer."
                  It's that significant a change.

The only thing like that that comes to mind is the original Full Metal Alchemist anime; when it outpaced the manga, it decided to just kinda keep going on its own, resulting in an alternate ending that still mostly works.

                      @LeavesCat Honestly, that's a good comparison.

I watched the Outbreak Company anime and mildly enjoyed it, but I'm way too casual about my anime and LNs to get into the ultra-hardcore otaku culture.

For example, I vaguely understand from reading LN that knee-high socks and a "thigh gap" is a special fetish thing for otaku but it's not something I care about myself. I just shrug and move on.
