Your current set up requires hCaptcha which asks for. $99 subscription. That’s much too high in addition to your subscription rates. Why not have PayPal instead? -
@Marilynn : @Lily-Garden doesn't work here (and neither do I), we're just fellow members trying to be helpful. We've seen that type of question asked enough times in here to know that anything account-specific usually gets referred to the support email when the staff does see it, since it would be a violation of your own privacy to discuss your personal account details in a public forum. If an actual staff member replies to you in here, they'll have a tag that says "Staff" after their name.

If it's asking you for $99 are you by any chance selecting the annual subscription instead of the monthly one?
In any case the email is your best bet for information, keep in mind JNC will only respond during business hours, so if you email on the weekend you won't get a reply until Monday.
