Does anyone know if Earl and Fairy will be fully published, as i've seen only 11 vol on the platform as of now....

@orchio there was a big gap between v10 and v11, so I wouldn't be too concerned right now. J-Novel Club have historically been very good at translating every volume published in Japan.

Fully translated is obviously a fair few years away though.
