Renewed my membership but it won't let me read new chapters

I renewed my membership but its not letting me read the most recent chapters of the novels that I'm following.

Try logging out and back in again. If using a web browser, also try clearing your cache if that doesn't work.

I'm having this same issue. just renewed my subscription yesterday after a few months of cancelation. but it only allowed me to read free chapter as if I'm not subscribed. Already tried to logout then logging back in, still the same issue. This occurred both on Website and on Android App.

Hi,
You subscribed at the Reader tier. That does not allow access to the pre-pubs. Only to volumes in the readers library.
You can change your subscription in billing to the Club tier. That will give you access to the prepubs.

@Rahul-Balaggan Thank you for the quick reply! I have updated my subscription, thank you for pointing that out. I remembered that I used to subscribe to the lowest tier to be able to read pre-release parts, didn't realized there's a new lowest tier (or maybe it has always been there?) anyway, thanks for the help! 😃👍
