        @Patricia-Barnes since you seem to like proactive female protags, I've got to first mention the spinoff from Dahlia, Lucia and the Loom https://j-novel.club/series/lucia-and-the-loom-weaving-her-way-to-happiness

        One of the current sale series might also be of interest to you, In Another World with Household Spells. https://j-novel.club/series/in-another-world-with-household-spells
        Patience is a fair bit younger than the other characters, but she's still doing a lot of innovative changes to her world.

          @Patricia-Barnes
          Since you like stories with female protagonists and a light tone I suggest checking out the following:
          This Gyaru’s Got a Thing for...Vampire Hunters?!

          Jeanette the Genius: Defying My Evil Stepmother by Starting a Business with My Ride-or-Die Fiancé!

          Young Lady Albert Is Courting Disaster

          If you’re looking for something a bit more serious in tone I recommend

          The Apothecary Diaries

          The Troubles of Miss Nicola the Exorcist

          Deathbound Duke's Daughter

          “There’s always a story. It’s all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything’s got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.” ― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky
