Ascendance of a Bookworm incorrect metadata

The volumes 1, 2, 3 and 15 of the Ascendance of a Bookworm Light Novel (English) series have incorrect metadata in the Kindle store, making them appear as individual books in the Kindle library instead of as part of the series after the publisher changes.

@Esgart This is something you'll want to contact Kindle support to help resolve. The series grouping is handled entirely on the Kindle side, and we have already notified and worked with them on getting it corrected. If they receive pressure from customers as well, that may motivate them to get it fixed sooner.

@myskaros I already contacted Amazon/Kindle support on this issue, who said they had notified the publisher and had to wait for correction on their side, since they can't manage clients' catalogues.

@Esgart How curious, our catalog already has them grouped properly as a series, and we have to work with Amazon support to get them to do that on Amazon too.
