As expected, today's episode was the "Taking Wilfried Down A Peg" episode where they fused both the Wilfried's side story and the 3 or so chapters.
Unfortunately, Myne pointing out that Wilfried is indeed inferior to even the orphans and the reason why was left out. As was Florentia's usage of Sylvester's escapades in Lower City to drive in the point. Overall, not a bad episode.
(A pity we did not see Rosina destroying Wilfried in Music but we can't have everything can we?) -
Loved watching Rihyarda dress down Wilfried's attendants.
Rozemyne's brief evil expression when saying "unfair" to Wilfried while offering him to swap for another three days was perfect.
-
I loved how the Post-Credit chibi wonderfully captured a Manga SS
. I guess it will be translated with the manga currently in pre-pub.
-
I loved the blink-and-you-miss it glimpse of Sylvester's reaction to Rozemyne's suggestions at (About 18:25 in).

So "archduke candidate" has been translated as "succession candidate". This works for me.
If it came to a choice between incompetent Wilfried as Archduke, or Ferdinand leading a coup to replace him, he'd choose the coup, wouldn't he? He did promise his father to protect Ehrenfest. (I expect he'd try to get someone other than himself to be archduke, however.)
And my inevitable architecture criticism: The wall between the noble's district and the temple grounds has crenellations. But there is no walkway behind the merlons, so it is quite pointless. Similarly, there is no pedestrian access to the gatehouse roof, although I suppose one could fly a highbeast to get there. The gatehouse roof is flat, which works badly in a snowy climate.
Both Karstedt's estate and the temple have so many stairs you have to climb to reach the main entrance.

He would choose to train florencia's other children and still can keep the promise to his father. That's what he says in the LN

Not really a good choice IMO. I mean once she goes to the academy, they will all be in succession candidate class?

Sweet ending chibi Rozemyne: You do not choose whether to seek ditter. Ditter seeks you.
Justus/Eustarchius calls her Rozemyne-hime-sama. I didn't know you could stack honorifics like this. Also, when he does this, the subtitles are inconsistent on whether this gets translated as "princess".
Finally we start collecting ingedients.

Well, it took 10 episodes, but we finally got the flashback to the medical exam that kickstarted Myne's need to get an highbeast and gather ingredients..
They cut out the Mayor offering wine (not that important since it's only point was to drive home further that Bezenwants was corrupt), the discussion with Kinta about the orphans and the fact that Rickt was freaking out after Fran told him about reality where Bezenwants is...
The Ruelle gathering happened as expected afterwards and we ended on a clifthanger where Myne is struggling to keep the feybeast in a cage. Next week, we will see if we get Justus talking about the Royal Academy Library to help Myne or not...
PS: "I will stay clear of ditter", unfortunately Roz, you will play a game of ditter EVERY YEAR in the academy, mostly because of Ditterland (Year 1-3), Traitors to the crown (Just after Year 4) or because of divine shenanigans (Year 5, she is fighting a war to keep Ferdie alive :p).

I quite enjoyed the speed run of the flashback medical exam and jumping right into the material collection for the juerve. The animation of the ruelle collection was also pretty cool. The ruelle tree looks as beautiful as I imagined while reading.
Rozemyne's Ferdinand impression to push the mayor into a valley of despair was cute though why she does it has been cut off.. (fran insists on continuing to use noble euphemisms even if it goes above their heads). But we don't lose much context in it.
The end chibi is so funny when we know how ditter follows Rozemyne in Royal academy everywhere and she even has loads of admirers in Ditterland.
