    @SilverFuton
    Based on the recent cycle:

    Book Start Date End Date Part 4 Volume 5 2025-08-08 2025-09-05 Part 2 Volume 10 2025-10-03 2025-10-31 Part 3 Volume 5 2025-11-28 2026-01-02* Part 4 Volume 6 2026-01-30 2026-02-27 Part 2 Volume 11 2026-03-27 2026-04-24 Part 3 Volume 6 2026-05-22 2026-06-19 Part 4 Volume 7 2026-07-17 2026-08-14 Part 2 Volume 12 2026-09-11 2026-10-09 Part 3 Volume 7 2026-11-06 2026-12-04

I wouldn’t be surprised if the future looks like this:

    Book Start Date End Date Part 4 Volume 8 2027-01-01 2027-01-29 Part 2 Volume 13 2027-02-26 2027-03-19

My impression is that Ortwin is a gentleman and he won't pursue Hannelore once he has been rejected. He is a perfect archduke candidate who also has his sister's interests at heart. His aim is to become the aub. His added perk is he convinced no. 1 ranked duchy to be his ally during his reign.
We don't know what exactly he put in the magic contract with his parents, but there might be a clause to keep their noses out and not get in his way or betray him.
Whether or not he marries Hannelore, the benefits for the duchy remain unchanged. His loss is purely personal that he couldn't marry and be with Hannelore.
In any case if they are true allies, they might ensure dunkelfelger victory and thereby making it moot If Ortwin has a right to marry hanners.
Hanners is no coward and will probably use the ditter field again to tell the world her choice.

I checked the released fanbook and not a single correction starting from part 3 of the prepubs has been reviewed or applied by anyone. Starting from when the corrections in the corrections thread were not upvoted anymore by the editor. It starts from user eggnog's post on 5th of June.

I think the editor and everyone from the QA team forgot to check the rest of the thread and nothing has been reviewed or applied. I have sent an email to J-novel support.

Once he learned the full circumstances, would surely with greater consideration.

“he would surely act with greater consideration.”

@Quof just got a chuckle out of this!

Is that so? I'd love to know the context! Either way (assuming it was my intro that made them laugh, of course) I'm glad to have repaid a tiny fraction of the joy I've derived from their translation of this story.

@Justaidan Kazuki-sensei's been known to tweak spellings before. It's not unthinkable that she did that again.

@Leprechaun Being baptized as a blue robe doesn't mean there are no familial connections anymore. A blue robe's ability to be a blue robe is contingent on the support they receive from their birth family. For that matter, the exHB retained closer connections to his birth family by being a blue robe, since while he didn't have enough mana to be an archnoble, he could have been adopted out as a mednoble, which would have much more strongly cut legalistic ties to his birth family.

Updated the OP to version 0.26.3.

This version contains a bugfix for the broken 'exclude insert images' option.

It also adds new content from the manga volumes P2V12, P3V6, and P4V7, as well as Fanbook 8.

    Fanbook 8

During Myne's Nap - set in P2V3 during the spring prayer. I think it goes after Ambush, in the same gap as The Ambush and the Charm. Since Rosina's chapter ends a little after this one does - with Myne waking up at the end of it - I think Nap would go before Charm.

Bertilde's The Work of an Apprentice Noble - Set at some point during the preparations for the Battle of Ehrenfest, and definitely before Rozemyne was preparing to storm Ahrensbach. Though I didn't spot anything I could tie to a specific event. Looking for the best gaps in that section, I think between Preparing for War and Kamil's Baptism is probably the best spot, as there's a timeskip between the two chapters filled with Rozemyne brewing for the upcoming fight.

Rozemyne and the Knife - Ferdinand is said to be making the knife during Preparing for the Harvest Festival, and Rozemyne uses it in The Night of Schutzaria, but I don't know where she received it between those two chapters. Though it has to be before she left for the Harvest Festival, in Hasse's Harvest Festival. And with Preparing, Hasse's Contract, and Starting Merchant Activities all running on into each other, I think after Starting Merchant Activities is the best spot for it.

Hannelore's How It Turned Into Ditter. I couldn't spot anything in here that wasn't already covered by Careless Mumbles Lead to Ditter, so I don't think the omnibus needs this one.

@arghc IIRC, Otto was present when Benno talked about his suspicions all the way back in P1.

And so Rauffen played "Knock sense in the idiot" Ditter...

Ah poor Wilfried, he had to stay behind and not see the glorious victory of Ehrenfest over the Ditterlanders...

As a rule of thumb J-Novel Club do not comment on when a series will start pre-pubs before a discussion thread is made or it is added to the series page.
Past performance is not necessary an indicator of future performance. Each license is an individual negotiation.
    It will start eventually.
    https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/3478/future-volume-release-schedule

I am familiar with j-novel not commenting. I am just launching some speculation into the ether to satisfy my thirst for more bookworm.

And I understand that each licence might need to be negotiatied seperately, and of course have no idea about how those discussions are held or are going. But I have some hope that after around 40 volumes there's some rapport between j-novel club and TO books that would help it go smoothly.

Hey where can I find the audiobooks for part 2? I have all of them for part 1 currently and I really want part 2 where the anime needed to cut more

To my knowledge there are no audio-books in English out at this time for part 2. Here is a comment made by an individual on Reddit last year:
"In March one of the J-Novel Club staff said "Gonna be quite a while before Part 2 V1." I imagine that the original contract was for part 1 to see if the audiobooks would be profitable and then the narrator's contract would have to be renegotiated to continue."

I suggest you pose your question to the JNC staff on the Bookworm Audiobook forum.

@Eriktonnesen the information is mostly all of there already... in little bits and pieces across multiple threads in this forum and on Reddit. Quof talked about his process a lot as it was happening, and some of the names were even hashed out with community participation in the forum (usually retroactively after people took issue with the original choice).

Ferdinand and Soup ...You know, for all the times we've seen Ferdinand's real fake smile, I think that's the first time we've seen his fake real smile!

    For Lady Rozemyne
Monika: If I'm going to be embarrassed, I'm taking all the rest of you attendants down with me!

Though [Lessy] looks a tad - well, a lot - more freakish.

I guess Rozemyne really is the only woman around that's into that, huh?

Monika: "So, you're saying, if the High Bishop robes get damaged, the Archduke has to buy Rozemyne a new set?"
Fran: "Put away the scissors, Nicola."
Monika: "...I was only gonna teach the Aub's Son to juggle..."

"Lady Rozemyne's vengeance is something else. She won't punch or kick you,"

I mean, I wouldn't put it past her. She just wouldn't be much good at it...

@b-scot-morgan The way I see it, Rozemyne dislikes the whole idea of having absolute command over someone else and doesn't want to damage the reputation of her retainers by making it public that a lot of them came from the families of executed criminals; so she avoided mentioning namestones as much as she could.
The purge and the big wave of nameswearing came right after Rozemyne used Schutzaria's shield to save house Dahldolf, so Hannelore assumed that the criminals had to pass through the shield to prove their loyalty.

@Kilrothy Nope, sorry; We don't get told when things are going to be translated until they get added to the release calendar - usually 1-7 days before the first section is released in pre-pub.
