Release Calendar and login not working on tablet?

I have a Boox Max Lumi 2, an e-ink tablet.
If I open a link like https://j-novel.club/read/cooking-with-wild-game-volume-35-part-1, that works fine. But both the release calendar page and (more importantly) the user login don't load at all, so I can't read any part releases past part 1. I tried clearing my cookies and cache and such, and opening in incognito; that didn't work.

I have the app, but it seems like the 2-column mode still doesn't work on it, which is kinda a dealbreaker on my wide tablet. 2-column only works in browsers, as far as I can tell. The login works fine on the app though.
