Plans for Volume 3 of Walking My Second Path in Life
わたしはふたつめの人生をあるく！?? -
I’ve bought and read Vol 1-8 on iBooks, ordered and received paperback vol 1 and 2, and following Manga on line.
There are apparently a lot more volumes in Japanese so I am hoping more will rollout.
Anyone have news on this?

Realist Hero 9 has currently started translation according to what Sam mentioned (on Twitter I think?). We should see the first part published soon.
As for Walking My Second Path in Life - Volume 3, there is no news of it coming out in Japan yet so...

For Realist Hero there are only 9 volumes out in japan, as @Terabyte said V9 should be coming soon.
As for Second Life there are only 2 volumes out in japan all of which have been published by JNC already.
So you might want to recheck your sources.

uhh... if second life you mean nidoume jinsei its rly allready have a lot bro i think its allready have 10 vol ++ (japanese version of course)

Yeah, the JP publisher stopped the LN. And, I guess, it also stopped licensing new volumes of it, which would make sense.

@terabyte, why did the Japanese Publisher stop the License? Is it a dispute over the revenue?

@ranmachan You mean for New Life+? The author had a huge controversy which put a halt on like everything and cancelled the planned anime series (though I hear the manga has restarted). They probably don't want to deal with any further negative publicity on the matter. There's a few topics here about it, but a lot of the bigger anime news sites covered the controversy I believe if you want to read up on it.

@mvpkost If Sam hasn't released it yet then best guess is that he is waiting on the re-done cover art from artist-san. A decent number of titles have had a similar issue due to the different areas that the english text takes up compared to the japanese characters. So take a deep breath and just be thrilled when the prepub does start rolling out.

i read in somewhere the translation will always 1 week after japan release
i think it will finish when vol 10 out in japan or -1 week japan release of vol 10 like vol 8 release date
