Played full price on google play but only got a preview

I bought the spirit chronicles book 5 from google play and all I got was the preview I contacted them and they said it was the file you had downloaded but they are charging the same as a full price novel

@terabyte I would agree on the pre order but it's not listed as a pre order they are selling it like it's the actual novel

Plus its showing up in there store as a fully released story you can get on the play store and see
