I was wondering if I could download the catch up months books to my Kindle. Is that allowed/possible? Or do I have to read them on a PC/Phone?

No, there are no catchup epubs you can download. The parts are uploaded as text on the site's server. Only the final books are available as epubs.

Regardless of catchup you can not download prepub parts.
