My exact feelings summed up there. The second half of the anime made no fucking sense. I would certainly be glad if this was picked up.

I actually enjoyed the anime the whole way through, even with the rather confusing ending, but if the original LN can provide better context for all the craziness in this story, I'm all for it.
Overall this is definitely a good series. It has a lot of harem fun and it gets pretty crazy at times, too. It also has some serious moments that I thought were done pretty well in the anime. It's a fairly unique title, but I'd say fans of Rokujyoma could likely enjoy this one. Definitely check out some of the anime if you want to learn more.
Oh, and upvoted, of course.
Edit: I forgot to mention: it has art by CUTEG, and CUTEG art is ridiculously adorable.

I remember the manga was much better than the anime. As always for 13 eps, the anime was too rushed.

Spotlight time! A friendly bump to an older post that hasn't had any recent conversation in order to draw attention to it.

+1 for this. More than 5 years after watching this anime and I still don't understand a thing. I need more explanation. I need the novel.

I remember darkly reading the manga ages ago and enjoying it. Too bad it's so old and forgotten, I'd love to read it.
-
Loved the anime, would love to be able to read the LN

Bump because I started re-watching the anime. Despite the nonsensical ending it's a serious yet fun and funny story. I'd like to read all the parts they cut out.
I realize the odds of licensing a LN series that ended in 2016, with an anime from 2014, are close to zero but I can wish for it anyway.

I'd actually really like to have this one too. No chance of it happening, though.
