Is there any info on when this next volume of the series will be released? Has it been put on hold?

@bloodthirstybeast Progress had halted after a replacement editor was required. The new editor; namely, myself, finished catching up on the entirety of the existing content very recently. We're currently working toward beginning Volume 11 work soon.
The end of the drought is near!

@whyohwhy1 Our work orders, and thus our deadlines, for V11 went out very recently. You should expect parts for V11 to begin showing up during March. -
