@LegitPancake that's funny I was just looking at their website and Twitter earlier today to see if they had any volume 2s ready, this must have come out just shortly after I checked. I'm guessing Detestable is their best selling light novel, so it is probably a good idea to get this one out first.

I'll buy it since I enjoyed volume 1, and in the hope that they can stay in business long enough to get 80,000 volume 2 out the door.

No drm, can put in any player, but....
You can only download it from the site 10 times. So I'd back it up if you're worried you'll use up that limit.
I don't know if it's any higher quality image wise.

Another enjoyable and easy read. I have to say that I really truly like this series. Sometimes it's just as good to read a nice upbeat story like this. It's very refreshing actually. I don't want to spoil anything for anyone who would like to read volume 2 but I found volume 2 just as entertaining as volume one, which in turn is making me wish volume 3 comes out as soon as possible. Thank you SOL Press for the timely release and I can't wait to read volume 3!

@lighthawk96 yes, it was a short but fun and relaxing read. Fair warning, it is 95% slice of life this time with close to zero stress or tension. It's also sweeter than a basket of kittens dipped in honey so if you're craving edge or angst this is not the book for you.

By the way does anyone know what Brum's verbal tic in Japanese is? Honestly I find "m'kay" rather annoying. At times confusing and most time all I think of is the damn South Park counselor. -
Just saw that the digital release of volume 3 will be out on July 20th of this month. WOW!!! Now they got that last one out pretty fast. Someone at Sol Press sure lit the afterburners on this one! I can only hope that volume 4 comes out just as fast!

Slow Press seems to be having money problems so it might make sense to buy V2 to keep them in business long enough to reach V4.
V2 has a good ending so you can buy and read it without fear of an incomplete story.
