@Fezu I think you're confused. @whoisfriend wasn't talking about the badge, they were not even a member of the group at all and were locked out of viewing the forums.
You're properly a member, it's just the bug about not being able to choose your group badge for some reason. But I think I'm just going to go ahead and use the nuclear option.
Check back in a minute and see if you can select it from your profile.

I guess this qualifies as a "website" bug. The 2nd volume of Grimgar is available for premium credit redemption as of right now. It can be successfully redeemed and added to the library, however upon attempting to download the ebook this error message occurs:

Issue when changing viewport when reading in Safari:
I start at a 1280x739 viewport on my MacBook Pro, and while using the reader, switch to 2 column view. I then rearrange my display to make Safari a 716x739 viewport. The 2 column view is still there, but the button to make it 1 columns is not.
Expected results: Upon lowering viewport, the button to switch columns should remain hidden, but, at the same time, at such a low viewport, it should be forced to a one column view.

Attempted purchasing a premium credit, the spinner remained loading whilst the credit never appeared.
Reset credit card details, the credit could be bought, and used on a pre-order book.
Some time later, attempting to purchase another premium credit sent the spinner to the same limbo.On Chrome 56.0.2924.87 with Win 10.

@Vilidious Looks like both those times the charge was declined by your bank. I'll double check the error checking code on the premium credit payment page as I think it's not showing the error properly.

@Sam-Pinansky Looks like I forgot to put a return in the error check, so the backend wasn't returning the error properly when charges were declined.
Should be fixed now and when charges get declined for premium credits errors should be displayed properly. -
Mentioned it on reddit, but there really should be a redeem option for Premium Credits even if the account isn't a member anymore. Otherwise, it's almost like the credits are being held hostage.

@Aruseus493 there is nothing nepharious about it, just that the original design didn't take into account ala cart credit purchasing. Give me a bit but it shouldn't be hard to change the links to the redeem link as long as you have a spare credit.

I just discovered a bug that no one had reported to me... ;(
It seems like it's been impossible to "uncancel" a subscription when you were on a free trial.
I.e. once you cancel the sub you can't uncancel and have to wait until the free trial runs out to re-subscribe.
I'm gonna fix it now though!

Just mentioning in case you weren't aware.
I obtained yesterday failed monthly payment email (did not notice until today due to email provider's junk mail filtering).
When I went to my account to check the situation, it had undefined (or something like that) set in previously working card information.
I retyped the card information and it again seems to work... at least for now (dramatic music here).So, looks like something related to databases; so, if you've had to fix something there, this might have affected quite a few others too... :)
On Chrome 56.0.2924.87 with Win 10.

@Vilidious I'll glad the failed email payments are working! That's something I added just a few days ago.
It seems a lot of your charged kept being declined by your bank, perhaps because it was a debit card?I'm not sure why the previous card info wasn't displaying correctly: It should get whatever card you had on file from stripe (well, the last 4 digits + expiration date only).
But it does seem to work when you reenter your card data. Maybe your bank is set up to only allow "one-time" purchases from debit cards, and so you have to re-enter your card info each time to get the charge to work.... All I'm seeing is a bunch of declined by bank errors, so...

Well, I do use other foreign services with monthly payments without problems too, and I think I joined this service around December-January, so I think at least February should've been properly automatically billed...
Maybe there's a nasty trick somewhere that needs to be set correctly, or the bank is just being a twit about it. :/
Perhaps the reoccurring payment gets screwed when I use the card for single time premium credits? That's something I've done, I think, on February/March... ?

I can't log in in the web site, since it has been long since my last visit I tried to use the forgotten password function, but when I type my e-mail it says: user not found. Then I tried to create a new account, it says my e-mail is taken...
