One Year Survey and Catchup Time for Launch Titles!

@eins Not easily. The web reader isn't really a full epub reader and can't handle the chapters/full styling.
I suggested trying some apps or epub reading software that you can customize to your liking.

Had one of those crazy round robin dreams last night where nothing makes sense. It was from poison/bug pokemon appearing in my bath to some evil god getting in the way of my sleep. The worst part was that J-NC licensed something which they couldn't release without DRM. T_T (Totally serious)

I had a dream about their localization too a few weeks ago. It was boring. All I remember. I also spilled orange juice all over the library books in my bag. =P
-
@terrence Clearly your subconscious is tell you "physical books bad, digital books good!"
After all you can't spill juice on an ebook! (just the ereader ;) ) -
Help! I can't use the 1 week trial code because i don't have a credit card. What should I do now?
-
@sorakun36 unfortunately without some form of online payment you can’t take advantage of the free trial.
Credit card, bank issued debit card, maybe money packs will work, or prepaid visa gift cards.
You just need somthing to start the trail then you can end it.

@rahul-balaggan said in One Year Survey and Catchup Time for Launch Titles!:
money packs
Can you use Paypal, too?
-
@sorakun36 no PayPal is not an option, and for the foreseeable future it will not become an option.
-
@rahul-balaggan Ok, thanks

@Sam-Pinansky Is it worth reporting typos in catchup chapters in general? And if so, where/how would you recommend reporting them?
I believe the final round of editing happens on the epub and isn't reflected in prepubs, so typos in catchup chapters may not even be in the epubs, and they aren't going to visible in expired prepubs usually.
-
@hatguy12 Generally no. One of these days when we have extra time (ha!) one of the jobs will be to back-port all the published epubs back to the prepub versions on the server.
-
@sam-pinansky
Might be interesting to set aside some reporting feature for typos on older volumes and then take a day out of the year just to mass fix them. -
Or have a central text repository that both pull or are generated from (knowing nothing about how either versions are built).
