Unable to download Bibliophile Princess (Manga) Volume 10

Hi, if I click on the download button for Bibliophile Princess (Manga) Volume 10 in my library the popup for which option to download doesn't open and nothing seems to happen.
It's only happening for Bibliophile Princess (Manga) Volume 10, if I try a different manga in my library it does open the popup and I can download the epubs so it seems like it's specific to this book.
