The ampersand from the tag isn't being correctly encoded into the url, it should be tag:%22politics%20%26%20intrigue%22 instead of tag:%22politics%20&%20intrigue%22, the & should be url encoded as %26.

Indeed, https://j-novel.club/series?search=tag:%22politics%20%26%20intrigue%22 correctly shows multiple series that possess the politics & intrigue tag.
