I subscribed for membership but I can't read anything

I subscribed for membership and wanted to read Ascendance of a bookworm Hannelore 5th year, but I couldn't read any chapter including the latest one, and the latest chapter of Apothecary diaries which came out 5 days ago, but further checking I can't read ANY chapters from ANY series. Can you help me out?
I thought it was my phone app problem so I reinstalled it but problem still persists, and using my browser where I bought the subscription I still can't read ANY chapters.

@Khalil-Gibran-ffi9r1c the part 1 of any volume should even be available to people without accounts (just double checked by opening a private browser window myself). Can you not even open the first part? If so, that suggests the problem isn't related to the subscription, and might be some technical issue with your internet connection?

@GeorgeMTO I'm able to open part 1, but that's not why I paid my subscription for.

@Khalil-Gibran-ffi9r1c - Which volume? The subscription doesn't include the back catalog (with some exceptions), it only the volumes currently in preprint, up through a short time after their release.
Hannelore's Fifth Year volume 1 has already been released, and so is no longer available as part of the subscription. Volume 2 is currently in preprint, so you should be able to read that.

@rsog412 Sounds like they've tried stuff that should be pre-pub accessible if they attempted to open The Apothecary Diaries part that released last Friday.
What they're describing really sounds like they're not logged in properly for some reason.
