      I recently had to factory reset my Kindle and it appears that a bunch of the books I bought from Amazon lost their covers, with JNovel being the worst hit.

      I looked at Content on the Amazon website and it appears that the books I purchased were all deleted, but they still show up when I use the search toolbar. My guess is that Amazon deleted the original books and then reuploaded them but never linked the old purchases to the new upload.

      Regardless of why, I'm not sure if there is anything JNovel can do about it, my fault for buying from Amazon I guess. But I thought I would bring it up if there is a fix.

      I'm not going to list all the titles but for a selection, the entire "Ascendence of a Bookworm" series but not the side content (Short Story Collections, Fanbooks, and Hannelore are all fine), "Crest/Banner of the Stars", "The Faraway Paladin" LN, "Full Metal Panic" (Main Series, not short stories), and "A Wild Last Boss Appeared" LN.

        Calibre can sometimes restore missing covers on ebooks. There is some discussion of this on the mobile read forums.

          Did you purchase the books through Amazon, or upload the books later from your JNC (and other) downloads?

          I ask because my Kindle only shows book covers when they're purchased through Amazon, and after I've started reading others on the Kindle. As an example, right now I show the cover for Proud To Be The Villainess (since I'm reading it), but just a generic DOC for My Next Life as a Villainess, which I haven't yet opened on that device. On a different device, both have DOC generic covers.

          All books that were purchased through Amazon have covers; only the ones I've loaded on the device have covers otherwise.

            @strangeattractor Thanks. I'll try it later but my Kindle is the newest generation and Amazon is constantly trying to crack down.

              @SomeOldGuy I'm talking about books purchased through Amazon. I'm buying books directly from JNC nowadays but I still have a bunch of old purchases from Amazon.
