Said if I signed up with the $15 combined membership, I would receive the initial 799 coins and then an additional 799 bonus at sign up. I only received 799.

The Premium levels offer 799 coins upon initial sign-up as a welcome bonus, and 799 coins each month you stay actively subscribed (monthly coins).
Monthly premium coins are distributed on the 15th of each month at 12:01 AM Eastern Time.
