Membership not working - no access to readers list.

Hey haven't been on in awhile so things might have changed. I have a membership subscription but I can't read either unwanted undead adventurer or cooking wild game.

I don't have access to even the first novel of either Is this cause my subscription tier is old? Noticed a bunch of new ones. How do I fix this, I'd like to start reading some of the readers list if possible.can I just switch to one of the new tiers and it'll work?

Hi,

Currently, you are subscribed to the Club tier. That tier grants you access to all ongoing pre-pubs. I.e. the latest books that are being translated before they are released for sale.

You can switch to the Readers Tier which.
The Readers portion only grants access to read volumes of a series that are in the Reader’s library.

The Series page on the App and the site has filters for what is available. In the app, please tap the magnifying glass icon to filter, and on the site, we have filters, and I will provide direct links:

You may wish to examine what is available in that tier to read before switching.

Just to add onto that, the two series you mentioned are only partially available in readers tier. If you sub to that tier you'll get access to the first 3 volumes worth of parts for each series.
