See screenshot to see what popup I'm talking about. It doesn't show up either on released or unreleased parts.

I just checked on Chrome on mobile and can confirm it doesn't show up. Unlike an image tooltip descriptions (e.g..as can be seen on XKCD) it does not show up in the details on a long press.
