Catchup Titles Archive (Updated to March 2024)

@jaquobus Yeah, I'll skip it regardless. Psychological is another thing that I usually avoid, too 😋
-
Two months in a row that I'm uninterested in the catch up titles. Good thing the new titles have been pretty damn good.
-
Just thank you very much, and now I have some catching up to do. Looking forward especially to Ao Oni and Yume niki, since already read unwanted undead

October titles are finally updated. It says Ao Oni, Yume Nikki, and Unwanted Undead Adventurer!
Maybe I'll see if the guys want to read any of these for the podcast. It sounded like we were looking at some other horror / mystery titles though (no spoilers, but some pretty recent and some not so recent).
I'll probably read Ao Oni 2 this month. I own Yume Nikki already.
-
I was expecting Ao Oni, but not Unwanted Undead. Looks like a busy month for me, as I definitely want to catch up on both of those.
-
Unwanted Undead Adventurer is a nice one for me.
From the reviews at Amazon it's one that I probably wouldn't buy even if the volume 1 part 1 here seemed OK, but now I can read as much as I want to before deciding if I like it enough to keep reading.
If that's the case I'll buy it to support the writer and JNC.
-
Here's a suggestion for a catch up that I don't think has ever been done: Brave Chronicle It's only one volume, so...

Read them, liked Undead Adventurer despite the author's bad habit of explaining things 2-3 times, bought volume 3 to support the authors and JNC.
I recommend giving it a try while it's fully available this month. You too might decide it's worth reading despite its flaws.

Any word on November's catch-up titles? Or is there a usual day in the month that the catch-up titles get switched?
-
@raddevlin I think Sam has been busy dealing with the schedule to launch manga this month and hasn't thought about it yet.
-
So with the changes on https://j-novel.club/comingup he is really going to release manga too huh?
Anyway, catch-up has always been around 5 days late, so it will appear eventually. -

I'm not a big fan of the new appearance. It is harder to read the text.
@sinnoaria It's still a WIP it seems (thank god, lol).
-
@terabyte Heh. Agreed on both counts!
Old version was much easier to read, and thank Ghu that the new version is a WIP. ^^;;

Man, this October seems to be dragging on forever ;)
Kind of appropriate for the writing in Unwanted Undead Adventurer ;) ;)
Luckily I just started a new Fallout 4 playthrough with added mods, so my evenings are covered for awhile....

It will always be October.

Catch up titles are up now for November.
In Another World with My Smartphone
Demon King Daimaou
Arifureta Zero -
Just updated the first post for November: Arifureta Zero, Demon King Daimaou, and In Another World With My Smartphone. Looks like Sam is keeping up with 3 series; maybe because now there are a lot more series than before?
Anyway, I plan on buying Arifureta Zero, I'll skip Demon King for now since I'm reading way too many things, and I'm already caught up with Smartphone.

Demon King Daimaou
Yeah, I'll definitely read the ones I missed so far with this.
-
@terabyte maybe it's also because both Yume Nikki and Arifureta Zero have only one complete volume.
Anyway, I am already up to date with these series so I can catch a breath this month.
