Only Sense Online / Only Sense Online - The Silver Muse
-
Volume 21 finally has a cover revealed for it's February release date. (Was delayed from January.)
-
Here to simp for another VRMMO that I'm told is good
-
Really hope this series gets picked up. Its been years since the fan translator stopped and there are like 10+ untranslated volume. It has so much potential too which makes painfully to see it on the wayside like it currently is.
-
Well, a lot of longer series here are winding down/near the end, so grabbing a few long runners makes sense...

Here from I trying out Aloha Zachou's Making Magic. Lacks the endearing cluelessness of Yun, the fun cast and crew, and the scratching from zero. Here to add my voice to OSO.
FLFO sort of scratched that itch, but just wasn't the same.
Gotta make time to study more Japanese.

I've been wishing that Only Sense Online gets licensed by JNC since the first time I've heard of JNC. And seeing the "Aloha Zachou" in the FB posts got me hoping that this will be licensed eventually.
Hopefully they consider getting this next. Just seeing the cover arts in this thread really makes me wish I could read them now.

Volume 22 has been announced and is currently scheduled for release in February.

Japanese electronic version limited time sale bookwalker.jp 50% off + 50% coin back on OSO. There is also a favorable USD -> yen conversion rate. Coin back is recursive, after one purchase, you can use the coins on the next purchase after ~15 mins.
Note that bookwalker windows app or browser requires a connection to read. I believe that the android app does too, but it's been a long time since I tried using that.

@Aruseus493 Of The OSO Pool, join us this OSO 22 with Akashic Records 22
Together, it can be licensed with JNC Blessings (o゜▽゜)o☆

After seemingly multiple delays. Volume 22 finally seems to be coming out this month as the cover has finally been revealed.
-
@Aruseus493 That's grant to hear. Let's hope J-Novel picks up licensing cause let's be honest. This is like low-key Bookworm level goldmine we're talking about here.
-
Only discovered this series recently, and I would certainly love to see it get picked up by J-Novel. Its a pretty charming easygoing MMO story with a much more slice of life focus - think of it as similar to Bofuri but a little more easygoing and the main character not being OP at all.
-
Please pick this up. If laid back tamer got licensed then this one should too. Already at 22 volumes in Japan
-
I would love if you picked this series up. You picked up Aloha Zachou’s other work Making Magic, and I love their writing style.
-
-
breaks my heart this hasn't gotten picked up for TL yet. It's balm for the soul!!
-
I absolutely love this series. The Fan TL was fantastic but unfortunately only went up to volume 11, so seeing an official release would absolutely make me preorder all of the books - would 100% reread it and even buy a physical release if one happened. There's just some charm to this VRMMO series that pretty much everything else in the genre is lacking, so I'd be super excited if it happened!
-
Just finished a binge re-read of the old fan-translations. Sure wish this series would be licensed as it continues to be such a fun series with excellently designed game mechanics, and a world I've love to see explored more.

Volume 24 has been announced for release in Japan on September 20th. https://www.kadokawa.co.jp/product/322501001047/

The cover for volume 24 is out. The volume releases on the 20th in Japan. Sure would be nice if JNC would license it. It totally fits all the regular check boxes after all. (It's got cooking and pets too for those that love that stuff.)
