Realist Hero? It is not exactly an "harem" but the OP does get multiple fiancees.
Or you could take a look at Little Apocalypse, I mean... in that LN you get 3-4 new girls for the harem each volume lol (With a dense protagonist as usual too.)

Joking aside, Rokujouma probably has the best-developed harem from the JNC series. Mixed Bathing and Magic Too Behind also have very cute girls.

There's no news of when the new volume for Mixed Bathing or Magic Too Behind will be out though. Especially the former takes a really long time for a new volume. Realist Hero so far has had quite a stable release time and the WN still has content for new volumes afaik. That's another thing I usually consider when choosing a new series.
I haven't read Rokujouma yet since it is quite long, I've been catching up with other shorter series for now. But I've heard it is good, and the number of volumes too speaks for itself I guess.

@terabyte The next Magic Too Behind (Japanese) volume is slated to be released next month. That being said, the author is indeed taking its time between volumes.

I second Rokujouma. Great breezy read with characters that evolve in believable ways. One of my favorite LN series.
