(Being reincarnated into) This Otome game world is damn tough for a male mob character (LN)
-
i've read the WN of this from syosetu.
it was quite interesting. i find mc the least bland out of author's previous work with is a big plus. -
Might be interesting so why not. Bring it!
-
Holy crap, this sounds AMAZING. +1.
-
'the game world setting is that women are treated as superior and men as plebs.' - I want it. I love this type of story. Will buy it if it become licensed.
What its by the author of seven. I want to read it ASAP
-
Every time I see that title I think MC is some background character.

Look what we got here. It's scheduled to get a Manga adaptation the fifth of this month ! That's just a c ouple of days! .... can I also nominate the manga for localization too...:P
-
Okay, now I REALLY want this.
EDIT: I went and read the free sample of volume 1 on Amazon and wrote a Twitter thread of my thoughts here, if anyone's interested: https://twitter.com/verdelishJP/status/1047273750675091457

@verdelishjp Glad it peaks your interest! Didn't know the second volume's coming at the end of this month. Was tempted to read beyond volume1 on syosetu but held out on that because reading with nothing beats reading an edited work with illustrations :P
On a side note, I browsed your twitter and realized you're the translator of "Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome"! I love that game. As a straight man it's the only otome game (VN) I ever played because my steam friend insisted the games hilarious and they were right
-
@santi-brathana Thank you so much! <33
FLML definitely has a somewhat broader appeal than most other otome games. Likewise, I think this LN could sell to a similarly broad demographic. Granted, I haven't read very far yet, but I think it could be popular both with guys who aren't familiar with otome games beyond "games for girls," as well as with otome fans who are curious to read about the average guy's reaction to their favorite genre (e.g. me, lol).

The manga started scanlation recently and it's pretty interesting so far so I created an LNDB page for the LN. This has gotten my vote.
-
i'm reading the fan-translation now and it seems really good, i hope to read it once again just in J-Novel Club quality ;)
-
Support waiting to buy this ebook
-
recently it got scanlated and just read ther 1st chapter and Ohh my GOD i seriously want this series :D
-
@aruseus493 thanks
I totally missed that volume 2 is out. Well now I know what to spend my time in a couple of days
-
i caved and read the fan translation of Vol 1 and all i can say is, THIS IS GOOD!
absolutely enjoyable enough that id rank it close to Bakarina level fun (and not just cause of the Otome Game setting) -
The manga version for this novel is at around 1/3 of the first novel. Too bad it's untranslated
But hey if you're willing to try reading in Japanese then check it out here, the latest chapter is free to read

Ok just found this and yes plese
-
I want this and I'll read it and buy it, cmon :D the poor english kills me right now
-
Volume 3 be will out this month and it's mentioned there are exclusive bonus chapters for physical volume at particular store as well. This is why I wanted J-novel to license this so bad to get them exclusive chapters...
-
Please guys...
This novel have limited physical store exclusive short stories edition, and they were pretty much impossible to buy or read oversea. I'm particularly interested in the If-route for a certain character in volume 3And j-novel.club IS the only localization company that care enough to include those in compiled ebook. 😅😅
Alternatively, if anyone know some way to get their hand on store exclusive short stories from oversea then please let me know. I'll tank the shipping fee if it comes to that.
