Bluesteel Blasphemer table of contents [kindle]

This concerns volumes 1 and 3.
I can't access the table of contents from the menu (it's blacked out). I did confirm it's still there at the end of the ebook, but the shortcut to it isn't working.

I use the Kindle Cloud Reader btw, don't have a physical one yet.
