Set for today, Friday September 21, 2018Had error script when it tried to download, then download button changed to message that Download will be available September 21,2018. Where you are it is already the 22nd, I have a few hours prior to midnight—-
So where is my download or something else that provides customer service when you mess up and not meet your launch dates.
Do better.....

Unfortunately for you the launch is not wrong and they did launch it on the correct date it's just the Premium E-Book is always delayed by a maximum of 24 hours after release since it is uploaded manually and not automatically. Retail stores outside JNC like Amazon releases their E-Book at exactly 12 midnight so your correct that JNC should improve their Premium E-Book release process but your wrong that they didn't meet the promised date of release. -

I'm pretty sure making a separate timer (setting a release date in datebase, more specifically) for a premium release in library and not uploading stuff by that time is like the definition of not meeting the date of release.

I'm actually getting an error when I try to download it, it sends me to a different page saying this.

@paqotote The solution is to wait for Sam to do his job and upload the premium ebook. It's a manual process so delays are inevitable. Should be up later today.

Well that is being too strict. They said the release date will be on Sept. 22 and it's still Sept. 22 so they still have time before the end of the promised release date. If they release it tomorrow Sept. 23 then they will have broken their promise. -
