I just stopped by Seven Seas and saw some familiar titles...

So there are some titles that are offered by both JNC and SS, so what is the difference between 2 versions? Perhaps JNC can only release ebook and streaming version, and SS releases paperback and ebook version? And do 2 versions have the same content, or each publisher does their own translation?

@tgquan67
Seven Seas prints popular JNC titles...well, till recently.
In last AX, Sam announced JNC will start print their titles too.
7seas will continue printing what they already have, but that's it.
JNC will start their printing by:
-Smartphone
-How not to summon a demonlord
-The Magic in this Other World is Too Far Behind!
-If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord -
Seven Seas partners with JNC to handle physical distribution. They're the same as JNC's ebook editions.

Like the other comment said SS was publishing some of JNC titles (Grimgar, Arifureta, Realistic Hero), SS will keep publishing those series and publish the spin off like Arifureta zero if those also get a physical release.
The book are the same as the one sold on Amazon, google book, ... but they don't have the bonuses which are in JNC premium e-pub. -
@raitoiro Seven Sea’s books of Arifureta and Realist Hero have the exclusive bonus short stories included.
-
@legitpancake My bad, i only own Grimgar so i through it was the same for the 3. It's sad tho that it's the only serie without the bonuses :(

I really like how the relationship seems to work between Seven Seas and JNC. While they are competitors they appear to be friendly with each other. Friendly competition, in my opinion, is really good and helps that market to thrive.
