How NOT to summon a Demon Lord Vol 6

I bought the 6th volume all most 2 weeks ago from Barnes and Noble. When I downloaded it to read it, there was only the preview/sample that would download. I already talked to B&N about it and did what they recommended, wait two weeks archive it and re-download it at the end of the 2 weeks. It still isn't available.
