      Description
The Kingdom of Albein was blessed with the appearance of the Miracle children, individuals with the greatest talents ever seen. Despite being around ten years old, with abilities dozens of times stronger than the average adventurer, they managed to reach a strength score that exceeded 100.000 points, granting them the SSS adventurer grade. With a mere party of five people, they defeated the Demon Lord regaining the kingdom’s peace.

After that journey, Dick Silver, the most balanced between them, racked his brain to not draw the public attention.

In the end, he decided to become the Guild Master of a suburban guild as a reward, becoming its 12th successor.

After five years he reached his aim and then became a regular of its own guild’s cafe.

But one day, as he was drinking at the bar as always, the daughter of a certain aristocrat came to pay him a visit…

      WHY
This one is NOT an Isekai.
Just like the title suggests, the main character works behind the scenes.
The biggest CON to this is the authors terrible naming sense. At least when translated into English.

I'd like more guild focused stuff. Definitely keeping my eyes on this one.

Seems to have a harem focus (including some beautiful elves).

          sounds interesting/ different
seems to have a decent pipeline (6 volumes and ongoing) do we have a timeline of publishing dates ? (is it stalled? regularly published? popular?)

names? easy to fix - leave them in Japanese or tweak (Dick= Richard = Rick = whatever)

          I read banned books

Last release was February. Before that October of last year. So 7 seems a bit late if it's happening (I don't think it has a volume this month).

There is a manga adaptation that is pretty early and being promoted right now on Twitter, so series is definitely still being pushed.

Eh, this isn't enough to sell me on this series. There's plenty of good non-isekai fantasy out there already; what makes this one in particular worthwhile?

Also, is it more of a laid-back slice-of-life story, a primarily comedic story, or something with a more defined plot direction?

                  Agreed, tell us more.

I thought this worked well in Defeating the Demon Lord's a Cinch (If You've Got a Ringer), but in that the protagonist is out in the field not shuffling papers in an office.

I mentioned about Isekai due to the people that are tired or don't like them. Personally, if I enjoy it, i'll read it.
It isn't slice if life or comedic. It is kinda hard to narrow down. It is almost mission of the day, at times, but if it continues the current way (beyond what has been translated) it has the potential to have an interesting long-term plot.

I like the main Character because he kinda reminds me of young Shiroe from Log Horizon. Not as smart, but has similar tendencies. He prefers to not be in the limelight. If he can send someone to do it, he will. If he is the only one that can, he won't hesitate to go into the field. He buffs people, he is a strategist. I don't really consider this as a spoiler because you will learn this within the first couple chapters. I think he is the reason I like it.

Okay, that gives me enough reason to upvote this, since strategist/support MCs are cool.
