Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest: Volume 11 release date?

@Rahul-Balaggan Given the freaking cliffhanger that ended volume 10, this is torture.
11's will be just as bad or worse, trust me I have read all thr WN main story, and the authors updates for the after stories. There is 1 more LN after this for the main story and a week or 2 ago the author said where 11 ends.

Do you mind elaborating? I guess it might be a spoiler so if you can't vaguely describe it without giving away plot points could you at least provide a link?
Also has the author confirmed that volume 12 would complete the main story?

I think I can without spoiling.
As for 12 being the last book, it will and won't be. It will end the main story, but there are already 6 or 7 minimum worth of LN material of After Story arcs already written on the authors WN site that you can read now. The author has continously said that if the books keep selling those After Stories will get LN's also.
PM me if you want a link to where you can read the After Story arcs, not sure if J-Novel would like that in an open post, though if I recall they already have talked to the fan translator and said they could keep doing translations for the WN content, but I could be misremembering.

Damn, glad I read this... makes me want to put reading volume 10 off until volume 11 is being released here... While I love cliffhangers, I hate the wait...
Already dealing with that for realist hero... LOL

@Antipathy Thanks, this answers my question.
12 sounds about right (given the WN it's a bit tough to see how it could drag out to 13), but I wasn't sure if this was already set in stone.
I'm fully caught up on the after story so you don't have to worry about posting a link. I'd be really happy if the author cleans these up and publishes them, so that's wonderful news. I will at least do my part and keep buying whatever he publishes.

What I want to know is who added a non needed spoiler tag to my post, since it wasn't me, and I gave no spoilers at all, given I and others talked about books 9 through 12 on this very site for years now.
Who F'ed with my post?
-
@Antipathy I could probably give a good guess...but does it not show you if on your post click the "⋮" and click "Edit history"?
-
It was me, I felt that what you wrote should be in a spoiler.

I hate to disagree with Staff, but I have said this and more since LN 9 came out years ago and now you are saying the most bare min I said is a spoiler, when I went out of my way not to spoil the
LN, since IDK I know how everything goes, you are now tagging posts that are not spoilers as spoilers?Trust me if I wanted a perma ban/make more work for you I could in less than a heartbeat b/c I know how the story ends and 6 to 7 arcs after, so I will only ask that you don't pull the edit trigger too quickly b/c I will make you revoke my J-Novel club account, but given this day and age like that will stop me or anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together, maybe read what you are f*cking with before you tag spoiler.

You are free to disagree with my decisions, and this was my sole decision as the forum moderator.
I can not comment on V9 because I was not a moderator back then, just because something was not addressed in the past does not mean it will always be that way.
I am not banning anyone here for leaving unmarked spoilers, and no, I only edit comments to include a spoiler where I feel a spoiler is warranted.
And going forward if you post a comment that I feel is a spoiler I will continue to treat it as such and edit it.
And I didn’t see your comment and immediately edit it, I thought about it and decided to put one in.
If you are upset with my moderation in any way please inform J-Novel Club by sending an e-mail to contact@j-novel.club, if my moderation is deemed as too harsh I will adjust going forward, if it appears I have crossed a line I will step down as forum moderator.

I was spoiled by what you wrote and a little ticked off because of it. I didn't see any of your old posts about this series, but I saw this one. Aside from the fact that Rahul wasn't always a moderator, we're also all human and can miss stuff that should have been caught.

i checked online seven seas already has a release date
February 23, 2021 -
@jjch102296 they probably just messed up their labelling and that is meant to be the side stories.

February 23, 2021I think that is for the physical release and not the e-book. Given Vol 11 released in Japan on July 25th, it should start being translated here on J-Novel in 3 to 10 weeks going by past Volumes, then take 10 to 12 more for a full translation, then 2 to 3 for editing and e-book release. So the e-book should be out around December to January.
-
@Antipathy Seven Seas only releases the paperback for the Arifureta novels, since J-Novel handles the translation and ebook release. Given printers need like 4-5 months ahead of street date, and retailers want samples a month or two ahead, that February date is not gonna be the final. I'd estimate maybe in May or June for paperback.

Volume 11 will start pre-publication on Monday, August 17, 2020 (Eastern Time).
As this topic has been addressed I will be locking it down.
