Contacted Support about my missing Premium Sub Credit nearly a month ago and still no reply.
I became a premium member nearly a month ago and never got a credit for signing up. I wrote an email to email@example.com but still have no reply after 26 days...i just want my missing credit.
Please send another e-mail to support. We apologize if your e-mail was somehow lost, but posting on the forums does not help us find it.
