Vampire Knight memories - Do you think it will run longer than it's prequel?

Just wondering, if Vampire Knight memories will actually run longer than it's prequel, aka the main series. What do you think? Will it have more volumes than Vampire Knight in the end? Is it even popular enough for that? Is it more popular, than the main series itself?
...I know it's a really silly question, but I'm bored and I really want to know, what other fans might think about this...

I'm not entirely sure, but I've heard, that the sequel isn't selling as good as the prequel (it's popularity is not that high by comparison). It will probably not be as long as Vampire Knight, maybe a few volumes less, but I can't guarantee it.

I haven't gotten a chance to read the manga, but I absolutely love the anime. My favorite characters are Kaname and Zero, because the're supper hot. ;D
